This website provides online guidance, research knowledge and networking about ICTs’ relation to climate change mitigation, monitoring, strategy and adaptation in developing countries. Project outputs include a Table of Online Resources on ICTs, Climate Change and Development (1997-2010), Review of literature, and identification of research gaps and priorities in the field of ICTs, climate change and development, and a Conceptual Paper on ICTs and Climate Change Adaptation – new conceptual models explaining climate change vulnerabilities, climate change adaptation within livelihood systems, and ICTs’ contribution to livelihood resilience (“e-resilience”) and adaptation (“e-adaptation”). The project maintains a blog and a discussion group.
