Lucero Serrano Mojica
Lucero has a degree in Communications and Information from Madero University in Puebla, México. Her work experience has been focused on the design of communication strategies and production of radio, television and printed materials for several organisations such as CORTV (Corporación Oaxaqueña de Radio y Televisión), SIPINNA (Sistema de Protección de los Derechos de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes Oaxaca) and Flor y Canto. She is the founder and collaborator of various cultural and artistic projects such as JUGUETEARTE (traditional Mexican toys painted by Oaxacan artists), AHORITA (children's newscast) and CUADRO POR CUADRO (university cinema), among others. Since 2018, Lucero has been in charge of communications for Telecomunicaciones Indígenas Comunitarias, A.C., applying the principles of popular education, gender equity and human rights.
