Gomer Padong currently serves as the Asia policy and regulation coordinator for the Local Networks initiative. He dabbles as a programme and development cooperation specialist at the Institute for Social Entrepreneurship in Asia (ISEA). With over a decade of experience, he has proven himself as a catalyst for impactful policy and advocacy efforts, fostering strategic partnerships. His leadership has led to successful cross-sector collaborations, funding acquisition, and the implementation of capacity-building initiatives. Committed to enhancing the social entrepreneurship landscape across the Asia-Pacific region, he now also commits to mainstreaming, supporting and advocating for community-centered connectivity initiatives.
