Repairers, fixers and tinkerers all over the world will celebrate International Repair Day on Saturday 19th of October. Right to Repair Europe invites you to a webinar on Tuesday 15th of October from 13:30 to 15:00 Brussels time to discuss the state of right to repair in Europe.
The Open Repair Alliance (ORA) will present main findings from their latest report on open repair data stemming from repair cafés. The data will cover what type of product categories people wish to fix at community repair events. Against this backdrop, participants will discuss what was achieved during the past mandate (ecodesign, R2R Directive), what this means for repair and what is still missing to achieve a thriving repair ecosystem.
Join this conversation with EU officials from the EU Commission. Opening by the European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders and with the participation of Ada Preziosi (DG JUST) and Wojtek Sitarz (DG ENV).
