This 90-minute webinar will offer reflections on the progress made over the past decade in digital rights across Africa, while engaging in forward-looking discussions on the future of the African Declaration on Internet Rights and Freedoms.
The webinar organisers are pleased to announce two distinguished speakers for this session:
- Edetaen Ojo, a prominent Nigerian advocate for media freedom and digital rights, who will present his latest research on emerging digital rights issues in Africa.
- Koliwe Majama, a renowned Zimbabwean digital rights activist, who will discuss the impact of the African Declaration on Internet Rights and Freedoms and efforts to build a sustainable digital rights movement across the continent.
