Ariel Barbosa

Ariel is a promoter and advocate of digital rights and the use of the internet and new technologies for social development. For over 25 years, he worked for Colombian APC member Colnodo and is now a board member. He also worked at Localization Lab, a USA-based not-for-profit organisation that makes technology accessible through collaboration with developers, organisations, end users and communities in need worldwide. Currently he is working with eQualitie, an APC member in Canada, as operations and programmes manager.
