Gaurav Jain has been writing, editing and managing content for two decades. He is an award-winning editor, writer and media entrepreneur who co-founded a feminist digital media site and an independent longform media house. He has also been a content and community consultant, literary editor and investigative journalist, and has managed research teams in Washington DC, London and Gurgaon. 

Purpose of position

The lead editor conducts the editorial planning and coordination of APC’s website content, ensuring a consistent and strategic presence of APC's voice, drawing on existing strategic communications plans and APC's advocacy priorities. The lead editor reports to APC’s communications manager and works closely with the communications team members as well as other editorial leads.
