Cathy Tiongson has undertaken Master’s studies on Women and Development and has a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development at the University of the Philippines. She works for the Institute for Social Entrepreneurship in Asia (ISEA), a regional network that works on promoting social entrepreneurship in the region and supporting the growth and development of social enterprises in Asia through capacity development, network and platfom building, advocacy and knowledge creation. She also collaborates with the Local Networks initiative as part of the team working on mainstreaming gender and providing support to community network projects.
