• Promoting software and IT service industry through providing support to the young entrepreneurs

• Making IT education compulsory in secondary level by 2013 and in primary level by 2021
• Making IT Taskforce active and effective
• Setting up High Tech Park, Software Technology Park, ICT Incubator and Computer Village
• Administrative reform, ensuring information rights and start e-governance
• Bringing all Upazilas under Internet connectivity

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP)
• Providing easy-access loan to the students for IT education
• Establish High Tech City at all cities or appropriate nearest areas
• Implementing preparatory initiatives to set up e-park or education park
• Giving priority to education and research on science and information technology
• Making telecommunication more available, user-friendly and extended
• Promoting investors in IT sector
• Extension and easy-access of Internet service in the whole country

Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB)
• Stamping out discrimination in IT facilities
• Spreading computer literacy
• Taking action against cyber monopoly
• Starting e-governance

Jatiya Party
• Taking initiative for starting effective e-governance

Jamaate Islami Bangladesh
• Taking effective steps for the development, application and research on science and ICT
• Creating employment facilities in this sector
• Starting e-governance system for good governance
